Project delivered by Pine

Pine’s scope:

Termosol 1 and 2 thermosolar plants are located in Badajoz (Spain) and belong to NextEra Energy Inc. Each plant has a power capacity of 50MW and Pine has carried out the following activities in both facilities:

Electrical installations:

• Main transformer and back-up transformer of 220/15kV, 50/60MVA
• 11 auxiliary transformers
• 2 emergency generator groups
• Generator – cabins’ busbar and cabins – main transformer’s busbar
• 23 cabins 15kV, 6.3kV
• 18 Medium Voltage drives
• 2 electric rooms with more than 150 electrical switchboards
• Whole plant’s street and interior lighting
• 15.000 metres of conduits
• More than 123.000 metres of cable

Instrumentation installation:

• About 154.000 metres of instrumentation cable, control, fibre optic, bus network and Ethernet, including the canalizations and its brackets
• Piping pressure tests
