Telecommunications and closed circuit in Petronor

Pine’s scope:

Pine has centralized the communications and CCTV systems of Petronor’s petrochemical plant in the facility’s main control room. Six control consoles in which all of the power plant processes are automated have been installed.

The radio-communications system is a critical service of the refinery. It has 5 repeater stations and 22 radio channels. The main technology installed is MOTOROLA. The radiating systems, filters and combiners are from PROCOM.

Petronor has a broadband net that gives service to an important number of production chambers. All of these IP chambers are in compliance with the ATEX IIC standard and have been centralized in the consoles of the main control room. Six video-walls and 32 NEC monitors (47 inches’) have been installed. Each console has a system controller. The chosen technology for this project has been BVMS BOSCH.

  • Design engineering and radioelectric calculations
  • Materials supply, adjustments, programming and laboratory tests
  • Dimensioning and net enlargement, combiners installation, radiating system and equipment
  • Control consoles and videowalls installation
  • Programming and commissioning of the systems
